CleverPDM = Clever Power Distribution Modules
CleverPDM system is a combination of several electronic parts, such as Controller Head; Power Distribution Module; Harness and iCable. As a user or an installing business/upfitting company, you may benefit from our systems by saving lots of time (in many cases – days), spent routing multiple wires and interconnecting multiple switches and relays to remote locations in a vehicle. All CleverPDM modules are elegant and aesthetically pleasing. All our modules’ parts are of automotive grade, carefully chosen and tested in our state of art engineering laboratory, capable of fast prototyping and heavy electrical load testing. The PDM designed with power-hungry circuits in mind. The Harness is made of male/female connectors and wires, supplying power to the vehicle devices. The connectors have associated lock mechanisms, designed for high vibration environment. The connector terminals are vibration proof as well. The Harness consists of 10AWG and 16AWG wires. The wires, used in the harness, are of automotive grade and made of pure copper covered by fire-retardant and abrasion resistant cross-linked polyethylene as insulation.
